So finally a ride planed after 3 months break... !! n this time it was a 500km day ride.. Cudnt have asked for more...!!
So we Finally Started in the morning at 6 from paradise cafe. The first destination was pidduguralla village some 200 km from hyd famous for ancient caves or indeed d BAT caves to be specific...!!
Cruising on NH9 after long time was fun but hell at the same time. NH can be dangerous on time if runt careful so was it for me this time..My bike had a hit from back by another bike for the first time ever since i started driving it .. :(.. luckily there was no damage but DAT single moment was enough to screw ma confidence to ride on the NH within d trucks n all... so we finally halted at a highway restaurant for our breakfast. After the munching on Delicious and heavy breakfast we started for our destination only to be stopped at pidduguralla..
some 15 km from the main village was our main designation spot.. the pellum caves!!..
We there at around 1130 in d morning.. After reaching the caves we were taken inside the caves by the local guide who told us that the caves got 101 openings 2 enter it.. :O.. The caves were full off Bats n was humid n boiling in as we marched further deep into the caves..It was hell humid within n filled with water deep within.. The cave exploring was one great experience in itself..:).. finally we were out of the caves at around 1230 n took d much needed rest...
We started back at around 1:30 from the caves to our next destination - Nagarjuna Sagar Dam! n Damn the roads were hell down there.. Speedbreakerz which actualy were the silencer damager for an avenger were encountered every 15 km... but finally we reaches the sagar dam at around
3 in d noon. By this time we were totaly tired but surprisingly not hungry at all.. we though of taking a break of an hour n starting back for Hyd.. So we had a few snacks in AptDc hotel and started back for HYd at around 4:30.. HYd was around 150 km from the sagar place n riding that Distance after the Fun but tiring day wasn't an easy task.. but anyhow we started back..Had no Oder option anyway!! ..:P..
Finally we halted after cruising at around 50 km near some village place to relax our ass at around 5:30 pm unaware of the fact that the real cruising was awaiting ahead!!...
No not the 100 km which we had to cover for reaching our homes n hitting the bed but But the dawn which was fast approaching!!,.. so 6 in d evening it was wen we finally started to cruise back home but it was dark enough to play the spoil sport on the highway.. The worst part was that it was going to be ma first drive test in the night on a NATIONAL Highway n that too on a BIKE!!!
But i Dared somehow n started following ma fellow riders who were well Experienced.. We were cruising at around 80km speed only to be torched by the flying insects hitting our eye balls n the high beams in which the bloody truck n taxi drivers speed on the highways..The road was enough to be hit by an overtaking truck from other side as i had no clue how to judge the distance after turning half blind because of insects and the high beam lights which literally pierce into the eyes causing the worst pain one can ask for..Finally the city was nearing n so was the hope that i will be Home soon enough only to Get out of that Highway driving situation which turned out to be ma worst Driving experience so far But something to be cherished as a painful but different kinda memory through out..
So We finally reached the city at around 9 in the night and had lill snacks again before bidding adieu to other riders .. By the time i Reached home it was 10 n ma trip indicator showed 480 km since morning.. Thought of riding for another 20 km to complete the 500 km mark in a day ride tag but ma body pain was enough to pull me home n finally to the bed.. Ma eyes were swollen Red , ma Back aching to the worst of it But now m here to Pen down ma first ever self experience...:-D ... So if u guyz have read this one till here Be kind enough to like it n become the follower.. :P.. Noe ma eyes r literally shutting down n begging me to shut down ma system so that i can hit the bed.. :-)...Ignore the spell mistakes..M tired enough to take a look at them.. :p
